Kent Sales and Lettings have established links with local Insurance Brokers who are available to provide quotations for new Insurance policies and renewals on behalf of our clients. It is important to make buyers aware that upon the exchange of contracts for a property purchase you will be responsible for insuring the property, this is a matter we can assist you with in pointing you in the right direction.
